Maybe you’re thankful for your favorite coffee shop, a supportive friend, or even just a sunny day. Jot down a few things you’re grateful for and watch your mood improve.

Another quick fix to boost your positivity is to move your body. Exercise releases endorphins, those happy chemicals in your brain. But you don’t need to be a fitness guru to reap the benefits. Take a walk, do some jumping jacks, or stretch for a few minutes. Trust us, it works wonders!

Lastly, surround yourself with positivity. Call a friend who always makes you laugh or listen to your favorite feel-good music. Sometimes all it takes is a little bit of positivity to shift our mindset.
