Not a Mind Map this time here is a Doodleboard, with a Tidy Up” theme.

Similar in design to the De-Clutter Mind Map this is simply a bit of drawing practice; sketching random items that came to mind.

Not looking for perfection with each image, just a reasonably close resemblance to items which is all that is necessary for Mind Maps.

To add a different dimension I penned in words next to each doodle and made the Flag Pole stretch into a single branch in similar style to a Mind Map.

Decluttering your mind and tidying up your physical space can have a profound impact on your overall well-being. In today’s fast-paced world, it’s easy to get caught up in the rush of daily life, leaving us feeling overwhelmed and stressed. However, taking the time to simplify and streamline your life can help you to feel more in control and improve your focus and productivity.

Start with your physical space. Take a good look around your home or office and identify the items that no longer serve a purpose. Get rid of anything that is broken, outdated, or that you simply don’t need anymore. The act of purging can be cathartic and free up valuable space, allowing you to focus on the things that matter most to you.

Next, focus on decluttering your mind. This means reducing the mental clutter that comes from constantly multitasking and overloading our minds with information. Start by setting aside time each day to practice mindfulness, such as meditation or deep breathing. This can help you to slow down and become more present in the moment, reducing the stress and anxiety that often accompany a cluttered mind.

Another way to declutter your mind is to simplify your daily routines. This might mean streamlining your morning and evening rituals, or reorganizing your workspace to make it more efficient. By simplifying your daily routines, you can free up mental space and reduce the clutter in your mind.

Finally, prioritize self-care. Take care of your body and mind by making time for physical exercise, eating a healthy diet, and getting enough rest. By prioritizing your own well-being, you’ll be able to tackle the challenges of daily life with greater ease and clarity.
