This mind map shares a recipe for delicious Chicken Tikka, devised by my brother, which is ideal for barbecue cooking. Here is the recipe in text format:

(1) 2 Large Chicken breasts: cut into bite size chunks

(2) Puree in a blender:
1 Onion
2 inches of Ginger
5 cloves of Garlic
(Tip: Freeze in the squares of a large ice cube tray for future mixes)

(3) Bowl mix:
Add 2 Teaspoons of blended puree (or 1 compartment from ice cube tray)

(4) Add to the bowl mix:
1 Tablespoon of ground Turmeric
1 Tablespoon of ground Paprika
1 Teaspoon of ground Cumin
½ Teaspoon of Garam Masala
½ Teaspoon of ground Nutmeg
½ Teaspoon of Salt
½ Teaspoon of Black ground Pepper
¼ Teaspoon of Chilli powder
¼ Teaspoon of Aniseed powder
½ Teaspoon of Fennel powder
¼ Teaspoon of Fenugreek powder
½ Teaspoon of Cardamom powder
2 Teaspoons of Coriander leaf

(5) Mix into a paste by adding:
3 Tablespoons of Olive oil
2 Tablespoons of Lemon juice
12 Tablespoons of Milk

(6) Add Chicken to bowl
Stir and coat the chicken
Marinate 4 to 6 hours or overnight

(7) Cook – Eat – Enjoy 🙂
